Emily specializes in eating disorders, self-esteem, depression, anxiety and life transitions for all ages. Emily’s own eating disorder recovery journey inspired her to become a counselor so she can help others grow and heal. Through her individual relationships with clients, Emily finds fulfillment in not only helping clients thrive, but by also contributing to the social activism against diet culture and size-ism. Outside of the office, Emily loves traveling the world and experiencing different cultures.
